What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of up to 25 staff members
- Patient Experience: Ensure top-tier service, address concerns, and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, provider productivity, and daily workflows
- Financial Oversight: Handle billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable, and budgets
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to dental regulations and safety protocols
- Inventory & Supplies: Maintain stock levels while controlling costs
- Technology Management: Oversee software and equipment functionality
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and prepare performance/financial reports
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5+ years as a Dental Office Manager in a busy practice
- Team Leadership: Proven success managing a large dental or medical team (25+ people)
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Eaglesoft dental software is required
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and compliance
- Personality: Organized, decisive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
