Are you a dedicated and driven General Dentist looking to practice with autonomy, high earning potential, and long-term growth? Advantage Dental Group, an established, patient-focused dental practice in Pueblo, Colorado, is actively seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist to join our expanding team.

What We Offer:

Compensation

Competitive market-based pay
Greater of daily guarantee or 28-31% commission on total monthly collections
Earnings potential up to $300,000+ annually

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

Active Colorado Dental License
3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
CPR/ACLS certification
Familiarity with Denticon software is a plus
