Professional Care Dental Servies, P.C is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Dentist to join our team at multiple facilities throughout New York State.

This full time position has a flexible schedule Monday - Friday, during normal business hours including some travel time. We would be looking to have someone cover a couple county jails within in the area. We will be offering a company fleet vehicle or monthly vehicle stipend for this position also.

Weekly schedule would be one day per week at the following sites:

Onondaga County Justice Center in Syracuse, NY;

Onondaga County Correctional Facility in Jamesville, NY;

Wayne County Jail in Lyons, NY;

Livingston County Jail in Geneseo, NY;

Steuben County Jail in Bath, NY

Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. rate range: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

In addition, you will also receive six (6) floating holidays, pro-rated within your first year of employment as dictated by your effective hire date. You are also eligible to accrue “sick and safe” leave benefits under the New York State Sick Leave Law (i.e., NYSSL). NYSSL accrues at a rate of one (1) hour for every thirty (30) hours of straight time worked, for a maximum annual accrual of fifty-six (56) hours.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Dental Medicine.
Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of New York.
Maintain a current DEA number & ability to prescribe medications in New York.
Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to develop a trusting relationship with patients/inmates.
Ability to monitor, observe and document patients.
