Overview
Are you a self starter and what some freedom? I need your help. I need someone to help me take this start up to the next level. I am printing chromium cobalt and potentially titanium partial denture frameworks. The plan was to start making frameworks for local labs, and grow from there, however, due to family illnesses, I installed all the equipment and it sat. I need someone to become a partner, and really run this lab. If things work out, this becomes your lab and I'm the silent partner. Responsibilities

Fabricate custom partial dentures
Collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and specific patient needs.
Prepare dental models by digitally designing and printing
Use precise measurement tools such as micrometers to ensure the accuracy of restorations and appliances.
Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques throughout all laboratory processes to ensure patient safety.
Manage inventory of dental materials and supplies, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained properly for optimal performance.
Document all fabrication steps meticulously in medical records and laboratory logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay current with advancements in dental fabrication techniques, digital dentistry (CAD/CAM), and relevant medical terminology to enhance quality standards.
Support infection control procedures within the laboratory environment to prevent cross-contamination.
Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere by sharing knowledge on anatomy, dental terminology, medical imaging, and pediatric dentistry when applicable.

Experience

Prior experience working in a dental laboratory or related field is highly preferred; familiarity with dental fabrication processes is essential.
Experience with CAD/CAM technology for designing restorations enhances your fit for this role.
Strong grasp of anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry and pediatrics ensures precise fabrication tailored to diverse patient needs.
