Front Desk Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/check out patients
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Handle insurance billing, claims follow-up, and verification
- Assist with financial arrangements and patient account monitoring
- Process daily mail and post payments
- Prepare daily bank deposits and day sheet
- Follow and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules
- Maintain a clean, professional front office environment
- Use dental software (Eaglesoft experience preferred, but training available)
