Bright Dental is a friendly, patient centered practice focused on building real relationships and providing high quality care. We are looking for a Lead Dental Hygienist to help guide and grow our hygiene department. New grads and experienced hygienists are welcome!

We will cover the cost to help you obtain your Indiana dental hygiene license.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison for HIPAA, OSHA, and CPR compliance to ensure the practice meets all safety and regulatory standards
- Lead and manage the hygiene department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options
- Perform routine dental cleanings, examinations, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure a safe and sterile working environment for both patients and staff

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and some Fridays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
