Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances, ensuring high-quality standards in accordance with dental prescriptions. This role requires a strong understanding of dental materials and techniques, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Previous experience required for Crown and Bridge, Ceramist, and Removable Positions. Candidates are encouraged to apply if you have previous experience working at a dental laboratory.
Open Positions:
Lab Technician (Scanning and Digital Technician) Entry Level - Full Time
- Perform case scanning and digital uploads
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Experience with dental lab software is a plus, but training available
Driver Entry Level – Full Time
- Deliver finished fabrications to dental offices in the Reno, Sparks, Carson City areas.
- Requires valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Starting at $12/hour plus mileage reimbursement
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of the Reno area as well as surrounding cities is a plus
Removable Technician – Full Time
- Fabrication of removable dental prosthetics
- Proficient in repairs and processing
- Proficient in wax-ups, bite rims
- Minimum 1-2 years experience required
Crown & Bridge Technician – Full Time
- Fabrication of fixed dental prosthetics
- Requires minimum 1-2 years experience in crown and bridge work
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software
- Experience in digital designing dental restorations
- Knowledge in dental printing
Ceramist/ Ceramist Team Lead– Full Time
- Fabricate, design, and finish all-ceramic, porcelain-fused-to-metal, and implant-supported restorations
- Apply porcelain to substructures and ensure precise shading, contouring, and glazing
- Maintain quality standards, paying close attention to detail, color, shape, and occlusion
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a dental ceramist (experience with anterior esthetics is highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, morphology, and occlusion
- Skilled in porcelain layering, staining, and glazing techniques
- Experience with zirconia and lithium disilicate restorations
- Strong eye for detail, esthetics, and shade matching
