Westshore Dentistry is a small, fast-growing private practice in West Bradenton, and we are looking for a Dental Insurance & Treatment Coordinator who is friendly, organized, and confident with dental insurance and patient communication.

Position Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide an exceptional front desk experience
Verify and explain dental insurance benefits clearly and accurately
Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
Build strong relationships with patients of all ages
Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient office flow
Assist with billing, claims submission, and insurance follow-up
Handle phone calls, messages, and patient communication professionally

What We’re Looking For

Experience in dental front office, insurance coordination, or treatment planning
Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims, and benefit breakdowns
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Upbeat, positive personality with the ability to connect with people
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy practice

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of Dental front desk experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Prior private practice experience
