Position Summary
In this essential role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of removable dental appliances and must possess a strong understanding of removable prosthetics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:
- Setting full arch teeth and partials
- Processing and finishing prosthetics
- Performing a wide range of removable procedures with precision and efficiency

Job Description
- Performs all duties for model work.
- Complete tasks such as pouring impressions, duplicating and articulating models.
- Sets full arch teeth and partials.
- Process full dentures, partials, splints, bite rims, and custom trays.
- Maintains and guarantees Dental Designs quality and safety standards.
- Understands and applies techniques within the organization.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit while adapting to changing production needs.
- Review work tickets, prioritize cases and ensure accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Intense work ethic and desire to be a team player.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Artistic abilities are preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience in dental lab work highly preferred
