Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing daily office operations and patient flow
- Managing scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
- Supporting and motivating the dental team
- Ensuring exceptional patient experiences from check-in to check-out
- Assisting with practice growth, reporting, and process improvement
