Full-Time Dental Assistant

We are a patient-centered Cosmetic and General Dentistry practice seeking a full-time, experienced Dental Assistant to fill the role of a longtime, high-performing team member who retired. This is a unique opportunity to step into an important position on our close-knit team, where your expertise will be valued from day one.
We are a rapidly growing, non corporate, Private Dental Practice.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-functioning environment that puts patient comfort, safety, and quality results first.
In this role, you will
- Perform chair-side assisting to the Doctor
- Prepare, breakdown, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Maintain strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Educate patients with post-treatment instructions and oral guidance following all procedures
- Take x-rays and impressions
- Manage dental supply inventory and ordering
- Review and update patient medical/ dental histories
- Access and document patient’s electronic dental records
- Assist with lab tasks and general office needs as required
Qualifications
- Previous Dental Assisting experience recommended (not required)
- CPR and X-ray certifications required
- EFDA license is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and patient care
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors.
$17.00-$25.00 per hour
