Full-Time | Private Dental Office

As part of a respected dental organization known for its patient-first approach and modern technology, this role is ideal for a high-performing leader with at least 5 years of experience in dental office management—someone who knows how to align people, improve operations, and achieve meaningful results.
Position Overview
The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and develop a collaborative team, and ensure exceptional experiences for both patients and staff. This is a key leadership position for a hands-on, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support front office, hygiene, and clinical team members in daily operations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture through coaching and communication
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Oversee billing, insurance processing, collections, and reporting accuracy
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and organizational policies
- Recruit, train, and onboard new staff with guidance from the support team
- Serve as the communication bridge between team members, patients, and leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of dental office management experience required
- Proven success in leading and developing teams
- Strong ability to build culture, hold team members accountable, and lead change
- In-depth understanding of dental operations, billing, insurance, and scheduling systems
- Proficiency in Dentrix (or similar software) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for creating a positive workplace and delivering outstanding patient care
