We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Front Desk Administrator who will work closely with pediatric patients. The ideal candidate for this position should exude a welcoming and personable presence and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must also be well versed in the many aspects of running a pediatric front desk and should be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. The Front office Admin will work in the dental office, answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, billing, filing, etc.

Responsibilities:

Employ a warm, caring, and friendly manner with all pediatric patients and their families.
Perform clerical duties such as but not limited to checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, and biling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
