Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Job Summary
Little Loon Pediatric Therapy LLC is searching for a Speech-Language Pathologist who believes in looking beyond the surface of speech and feeding challenges. Our pediatric clinic takes a holistic approach — we assess and treat the whole child, not just their symptoms. We specialize in speech, feeding, and orofacial myology, and we’re dedicated to uncovering the deeper causes and contributing factors to communication and oral-motor difficulties.

What you’ll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, feeding, orofacial myofunctional skills, and communication abilities in pediatric patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
- Implement effective therapy techniques to promote improved communication, feeding mechanics, and overall craniofacial growth
- Collaborate with pediatricians, dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, chiropractors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to maximize client p
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and assessments
- Educate families and generate home education plans to promote carryover in the natural environment

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (or eligibility) - CF's are welcome to apply!
- Passion for holistic, root-cause-oriented care
- Interest in feeding and orofacial myology is a must
