Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Unrushed Care, Real Autonomy, Whole-Body Focus
Full-time, Part-time, or Flexible Schedule Available
We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is excited to practice calm (but super fun), unrushed, patient-centered hygiene — and who feels energized by opportunities to grow, specialize, and deepen their impact over time.
This is not high-volume or assembly-line dentistry.
There is no double booking, no production pressure, and no expectation to rush.
We believe we can only take great care of our patients if we take great care of our team — and we mean that.
What Your Schedule Looks Like
- One hygiene column only (never double-booked)
- Typical appointment times:
- Healthy adults: 60 minutes
- SRP & complex patients: 90–120 minutes
- Children: primarily seen by assistants, but can be included if you enjoy pediatrics
- Flexible options available:
- Full-time
- Part-time (1–2 days/week)
- Half days
We are genuinely open to designing a schedule that works for your life.
A Role Designed for Growth (If You Want It)
We’re especially excited to meet hygienists who want more than “just a hygiene column.”
Do you love:
- Orthodontics and growth-focused care?
- Pediatrics and building long-term relationships with families?
- Research, learning, and asking why?
- Complex, challenging SRP cases?
- Biocompatibility and post-surgical care?
- Airway health, sleep, and functional medicine concepts?
There are real opportunities here to deploy your interests and expertise in a meaningful way, shape your role over time, and grow into areas that energize you — all within a supportive, joyful, and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide thorough, patient-centered hygiene care in a calm, supportive environment
- Perform a Functional Mouth Profile (FMP) on every new adult patient
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health, prevention, and long-term smile longevity
- Coach patients around nutrition, hydration, micronutrients, sleep, airway health, and other functional health factors
- Collaborate closely with a highly supportive clinical team using biologic and integrative protocols
- Maintain thoughtful, organized documentation and contribute to an excellent patient experience
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Puerto Rico Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing
- Compassionate, curious, and patient-focused
- Enjoys education and meaningful conversations with patients
- Open-minded and eager to learn biologic, holistic, and functional approaches
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience or interest in:
- Biologic or holistic dentistry
- Ozone therapy
- Airway health
- Oral microbiome or detox support
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, or long-term growth within a progressive practice
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation, based on experience
- Zero production or conversion pressure
- A supportive, emotionally safe, and collaborative team culture
- Significant investment in continuing education and professional development
- A mom-friendly workplace with flexibility and compassion built into our culture
- A prevention-focused practice where hygiene grows because patients are healthy and stable — not rushed through
