As a Dental Office Manager, you won’t just run a dental office — you’ll be stepping into a role designed to prepare you for potential Regional Director opportunities.
What We Offer
- Competitive Base Salary: $52,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Earn an additional $10,000–$20,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate your team to optimize office performance, patient retention, and profitability
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Partner with HR on employee relations and compliance
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and equipment procurement
- Coordinate operations across multiple practices, ensuring performance and patient care standards are met
- Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations
- Travel between orthodontic offices, usually managing one location per day. On rare occasions, you may be scheduled at more than one office in a single day. Mileage reimbursement is provided for same-day multi-office travel at the Nevada daily mileage rate.

- Previous experience in medical or dental office management
- A passion for leadership and delivering exceptional service
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Bilingual skills a major plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between offices
