We are looking for a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our Northern Nevada team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating patients, discussing financial options, and helping patients confidently move forward with their treatment plans. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Position: Treatment Coordinator (Northern Nevada Locations)
As a Treatment Coordinator, you act as the bridge between our patients and our providers. You help patients understand their recommended care, their insurance benefits, and their financial options so they feel supported throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Review treatment plans alongside the clinical team
- Explain procedures, benefits, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs
- Present financial options and discuss payment arrangements when needed
- Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorizations
- Schedule follow-up visits and maintain strong patient communication
- Support overall office flow with accurate documentation and coordination
(Some roles may include limited travel between nearby offices. Mileage is reimbursed if covering more than one location in a single day.)
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dental front office experience is strongly preferred
- Related medical office experience may be considered
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient communication
- Ability to confidently discuss financial options with patients
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
