Our two doctor dental practice is seeking a skilled, team-orientated Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. This opportunity is a 3 day/week position. Our office focuses on building lasting patient relationships while promoting oral health and hygiene. You will work closely with the dental team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care in a friendly and professional environment. Practice hours are: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. You may apply via Indeed, mail, or drop your resume off in person.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients, ensuring optimal oral hygiene.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection and maintain a sterile environment.
- Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning by taking medical histories and conducting preliminary examinations.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations.
- Document patient care accurately using Eaglesoft for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with dentists to provide support during procedures and assist with patient management.
- Provide care for pediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience for children during their visits.
Requirements
- Valid dental hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
