Duties :

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients
Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding treatment options
Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing to patients
Making financial arrangements, collecting and posting payments
Responsible for insurance billing and claims processing
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate treatment plans
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Experience:

In-depth understanding of dental billing, claims processing (Required)
In-depth understanding of treatment planning and insurance codes: 5 Years (Required)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational/team skills and attention to detail
Good computer skills with the ability to multitask
Prior Dental assisting experience (Preferred)

Pay Range for this Position: $30 - $35 Hourly

Hours: 36 - 40 Hours Weekly
