Enamel Dentistry has just opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art location in Leander, TX, and we are seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to help lead and grow our clinical team from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned RDA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with doctors and leadership to ensure smooth daily clinical operations while helping establish strong clinical standards in a modern, patient-focused practice.
Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
Train, mentor, and support dental assistants to maintain high clinical standards
Prepare and maintain operatories before, during, and after procedures
Assist chairside in procedures including sedation, crowns, veneers, surgery, and implants
Accurately document doctors’ notes and diagnoses during exams and treatments
Fabricate temporary crowns, pack cord, apply fluoride, and perform coronal polishing
Manage back-office inventory, ordering, and supply organization
Utilize dental software and technology including OpenDental, iTero, XDR Imaging, BlueNote, Modento, Jarvis, digital X-rays, pano, and Nomad
Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Participate in daily morning huddles and team meetings
Foster a positive, team-first culture while delivering an excellent patient experience
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and X-ray certification required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
At least 2 years of experience in a Lead or Senior RDA role preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Proficiency with dental software and digital tools; OpenDental and iTero experience preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Reliable transportation
