Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, that can work alongside in House specialist support. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health status.
Perform a variety of dental procedures of all ages, and identify referalls to in house specialists
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and office operations.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging techniques.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within a dental setting.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic environment is advantageous.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Pay: $675.00 - $725.00 per day
