Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Dental Office Manager with at least 5 years of dental management experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dental insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present treatment plans clearly and confidently. Strong leadership skills and the potential to grow within our company are essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction
Manage administrative and clinical team members with strong leadership and accountability
Present treatment plans to patients and assist with financial arrangements
Handle all aspects of insurance, including verification, claim submission, and A/R follow-up
Collaborate with providers and staff to achieve office production and collection goals
Maintain compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience (required)
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance processes and claims management
Proven ability to present treatment plans effectively to patients
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend experience a plus)
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain professionalism under pressure
