Responsibilities

Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
Perform a variety of procedures: crowns and bridges, endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign, and restorative dentistry.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and refer to specialists as needed.
Build trusted relationships with patients and teammates.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Virginia state dental license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
