Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to support our amazing team here at Claremont Dental Group!

In addition to greeting our patients when they enter the practice, this role includes scheduling, collecting payments at the date of service, checking insurance eligibility, answering questions, and some treatment planning. The Dental Front Desk Receptionist is a key participant in creating an all-inclusive, patient-focused collaborative culture within our practice.

Schedule: Part-Time, 2-3 days per week (must include Mondays & Fridays)

Responsibilities:

Strive to provide a superior patient experience
Support patients within presenting treatment plans
Educate the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options, including third-party patient financing
Scheduling to patient clinical needs
Collect copayments and verify insurance coverage
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Follow-up as needed with the patient between visits for non scheduled, canceled, or missed appointments

Qualifications:

One year of Dental Front Desk Receptionist experience
Versed in dental terminology and procedures
Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
