Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative functions and office management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in supervising staff and managing vendor relationships. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and effectively.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
Manage scheduling, including calendar management for team members and executives
Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities
Handle human resources functions including payroll processing and employee onboarding
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records using QuickBooks
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies
Implement filing systems for efficient document management
Provide front desk support, including handling phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment

Skills

Strong experience in office management with a focus on administrative tasks
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel-related tasks
Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
Familiarity with schedule management, vendor management, payroll, budgeting, clerical duties, filing systems, training & development practices, and front desk operations
Must be highly reliable and responsible.
Working knowledge of Dentrix software
Good computer skills for word processing
