We are a team orientated, technology driven practice looking for a Full time, reliable, caring, patient centered Registered, Licensed, or Qualified Dental Assistant to support our clinical team and deliver excellent patient care. The Dental Assistant will assist chairside during procedures, prepare and sterilize instruments, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean, organized operatory environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a patient-first mindset, and consistency in following clinical protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during exams, restorative, endodontic, surgical, procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms: set up trays, instruments, and materials; ensure operatory readiness for each patient.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment per OSHA and CDC standards.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral photos per provider instructions.
- Review medical histories; prepare patients for treatment; provide post-op instructions.
- Document procedures, treatment notes, and charting accurately in the practice management system.
- Manage inventory: track supplies, restock operatories, and communicate ordering needs.
- Support front office as needed
- Ensure strict infection control compliance and uphold clinic safety protocols.
- Provide compassionate patient education to promote oral health and treatment understanding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Dental Assistant training/certificate preferred.
- X-ray certification: North Dakota.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (we will help you get if you need)
- Registered or Licensed Dental Assistant status preferred.
- Strong chairside assisting skills, infection control knowledge, and radiography competence.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22–$30 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
