We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Silver Valley Dental Care team Mondays and Thursdays, with the potential for additional days! Silver Valley Dental Care is a partner of Avondale Dental Group (ADG).

Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
- Assess patient’s oral health, record vital signs, review medical histories, and ensure HIPPA compliance.
- Take and interpret dental X-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy habits.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using proper aseptic and infection control procedures in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Review, document, and maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of dental hygiene practices, patient care, and infection control protocols.
- Proficiency with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft is essential for efficient record management.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to educate patients effectively on oral health practices.
- Certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist from an accredited program is mandatory; licensure must be current according to state regulations.
