What You’ll Do
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including:
- Third molar extractions
- Dental implants
- Bone grafting and ridge augmentation
- Exposure & bonding
- Pathology evaluation and biopsies
- Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide compassionate patient education and post-operative follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Work with a trained surgical team that prioritizes efficiency and patient comfort
Who We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Completion of an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Active (or eligible) Virginia dental license
- Strong surgical skill set with a patient-first approach
- Excellent communication and professionalism
