We are looking for a talented and patient-focused Dental Associate to join our collaborative, highly skilled team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Associate with a strong background in implant dentistry and digital restorative workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable with modern chairside technologies and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, plan, and provide general and surgical dental care with a focus on implants and restorative dentistry
- Perform digital scans using intraoral scanners and CBCT for diagnosis, treatment planning, and fabrication
- Utilize CEREC and CAD/CAM technology for same-day restorations
- Incorporate 3D printed workflows for surgical guides and restorations
- Educate patients on treatment plans, outcomes, and preventive care
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and state regulations
- Demonstrate leadership, compassion, and professionalism in all patient and team interactions
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (or advanced training) with implant placement and restorations
- Proficient in CEREC or similar CAD/CAM technology, intraoral scanning, and 3D printing
- Experience with guided implant surgery protocols is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
