We are a Private Practice General Dental Office in Ormond Beach. The office is owned and operated by a single dentist for a family feel setting.
We are looking for a dental insurance coordinator who is confident and talented with a minimum of 2 years of experience with dental insurances. The candidate must pay attention to detail, manage time wisely, work as a team member and enjoy working with patients. Additionally the applicant needs to be capable with computers and dental software. Knowledge of Denticon software is a plus.
The position expectations are:
- to obtain detailed insurance breakdown for our patients
- verifying their insurance is active for upcoming treatment
- submit dental claims with appropriate attachments
- follow up on unpaid claims and knowledge to resubmit claims when necessary
- assisting at the front desk with checking patients out and answering phones as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
