I am a periodontist who travels to 8 or 9 different offices for a total of 14-17 days per month. I am providing an excellent opportunity for a dental hygienist who wants to expand his or her capabilities aside from the usual prophys, PMVs and SRPs. This roll is very unique and essentially is a position for someone looking to be a leader on our team. I am looking for a very outgoing and motivated hygienist who is good at interacting with patients, explaining treatment and helping to get patients booked, charting, providing anesthesia, helping to write EMR notes, and much more. You would travel with me on nearly all days that I work, and work closely with my one or two dental assistants to help be an integral part of an awesome team where you can help take some of the load off of me, and allow me to focus on doing what I love best, which is surgeries. I travel around Denver, to Commerce City, Green Valley Ranch, Westminster, and Aurora to provide periodontal services as an independent contractor. If you also like getting to interact with different office staff members and teams like I do, this job is for you! The commute should be no longer than 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Denver. The shortest drive from downtown is roughly only 10 minutes. Hours are very nice, and from 8-4 on most days. We would occasionally be done early, or go slightly later, but rarely. I am looking to pay this person a base salary, but a very competitive bonus structure based upon production, and not collections. I would pay you directly. I am also willing to help train you to become an even better hygienist at diagnosing and charting periodontal conditions. We frequently do not work Friday's so if you desire to work or have them off as well, is up to you. I have a previous hygienist who worked with me in this roll, and she really enjoyed it and we developed a very good working relationship. She will be sorely missed, however she is willing to help train, so essentially, this unique situation has been tried and tested and worked out very well for the both of us. The sky is the limit with this job. I am looking for someone to start around March 2026. .
