Our office is a growing, multi-specialty practice serving the Texas Hill Country with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to specialty dentistry. We are excited to expand our specialty team and are seeking a skilled, compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our collaborative practice.
This opportunity offers flexibility for both part-time or full-time interest, depending on availability and practice fit, within a well-established referral-driven environment supported by modern technology and an experienced clinical team.
Schedule Options
- Part-Time (Preferred):
- Ideally, Wednesdays and Fridays at our primary Hill Country Dental Specialists location
- Full-Time (Optional):
- Flexibility for additional days and expanded schedule at our secondary location in Floresville, TX 78114
About the Role
As an Oral Surgeon with our office, you will collaborate closely with our in-house specialists and referring general dentists to deliver high-quality surgical care while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans
- Collaborate with restorative dentists and specialty providers to ensure coordinated care
- Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with a focus on clinical excellence and patient safety
- Administer local and general anesthesia as clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Prescribe medications for post-operative healing and pain management
- Educate and support patients throughout treatment and recovery
- Uphold best practices in patient communication, infection control, and clinical standards
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Active (or eligible) state dental license
- Excellent bedside manner with the ability to build patient trust
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to specialty care

Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
