Bear Creek Family Dentistry is a privately owned, multidisciplinary group of 14 practices that has proudly served the DFW community for over 40 years. We are actively seeking General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, and Orthodontists to join our growing, patient-centered organization.

Average Compensation Ranges:

General Dentists: $300,000-$500,000 annually
Pediatric Dentists: $500,000 – $700,000 annually
Orthodontists: $400,000 – $600,000 annually

(Compensation based on experience, production, and schedule, progressive percentage of collections model)
