We are looking for Dental assistants to join our family practice. We are excited to meet you!
Dental assistants handle a wide range of tasks such as taking x-rays and impressions and helping make patients comfortable before, during and after treatment.
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Taking digital dental radiographs
- Asking about the patient's medical history and taking blood pressure and pulse
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
- Provide patients with oral care instructions following surgery and other procedures
- Take digital impressions of patients' teeth for study casts
- Perform office management tasks
- Communicate with patients and suppliers, which involves scheduling appointments, answering phones, billing and ordering supplies.
Experience is helpful, but not needed.
This job is listed for our Manitowish Waters and Woodruff office, but you may be required to travel to our other offices if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
