What the role looks like day-to-day:
- Chairside assisting during orthodontic procedures
- Taking and processing digital x-rays (radiology certification required)
- Guiding patients through their treatment with clear communication and encouragement
- Sterilization, clinic prep, and keeping things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Prior dental assisting experience (orthodontic background is a bonus, not a requirement — we train)
- Radiology certification
- Someone who's dependable, personable, and ready to grow
