```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office of the dental office
- Manage and work together with the other office staff
- Ensure excellent client relations by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

-Work with financial and insurance related treatment plans and present to clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client experiences
- Conduct end of day audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain or learn knowledge of dental procedures and services
- Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage office schedule and client information
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed including financial arrangements

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in management of hospitality, medical or the dental industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for front desk operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

-Previous experience with financial arrangements and discussions with guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
