Our prestigious dental office looking for an amazing and motivated Dental Financial Manager to join our team! Must have Dental Experience in order to apply.
We offer competitive pay! The candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, have a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures, should understand productive doctor and hygiene scheduling, collections, treatment coordination and maintaining business systems. This candidate must have amazing customer service and phone skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of dental financial/treatment coordination
- Proven sales ability
- Strong collections background
- Able to present and close dental financial arrangements
- Dental 3rd party financing expert
- Ability to track and report dental production, collections and revenue goals
- Expert in insurance verification, breakdowns, and maximizing benefits
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue and collection goals
- Professional, confident, and polished communication style
- Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred
