Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Crown & Bridge Technician to join our in-person team in Montrose, CO. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality restorative work and wants to grow within a modern digital lab environment.
You will work with zirconia and other restorative materials, assist with digital workflows, and ensure each case meets our quality standards before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate crown and bridge restorations
- Design, mill, finish, stain, and glaze zirconia restorations
- Review cases for fit, occlusion, and esthetics before final approval
- Assist with CAD/CAM workflows and digital file preparation as needed
- Maintain consistent turnaround times and production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with crown and bridge fabrication (dental lab preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (3Shape) is a plus
- Experience with zirconia finishing, staining, and glazing preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site
Dental lab experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
