Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, Inc. (CHCFD) is growing—and so is our impact. We are seeking THREE Additional passionate, mission-driven Dentists to serve in our newly expanded clinics in Clarion, Mason City and Spencer, Iowa, part of our FQHC network serving 10 counties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive oral exams, radiographic evaluations, and treatments
- Develop and manage treatment plans including preventive and restorative care
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Follow all clinical protocols, procedures, and documentation standards
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible Iowa dental license
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Experience in community health or public service preferred, but not required
