This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an experienced provider and support staff. Based in northeast Maryland, our office offers hands on mentorship, modern technology, and flexible scheduling options. Open to 2026 graduates!
Requirements of the Dentist:
- Comprehensive General Skillset
- Willingness to learn (molar endo, implants, oral surgery)
- Must hold an active Maryland Dental License
Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
- Fee-for-service, PPO, Medicaid model
- Family Practice, mainly serving Adults
- Technology: CBCT and iTero
- Cosmetic, Restorative, Implants, and Invisalign
- 7+ Patients seen by each Provider daily (not including hygiene)
- Good support staff (EFDA)
Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:
- 30% of Collections
- Mentorship on-site
- Lab fess covered by practice
- Potential Partnership option
Schedule of the Dentist (Flexible):
- Monday - Thursday (8:30-5:00)
- Friday - Sunday (Off)
