Seeking Talented Dentists with Oral Surgery Expertise!

Are you a skilled Dentist looking for a rewarding opportunity to focus on patient care without the burdens of practice management? Our rapidly expanding multi-location dental practice in Virginia is searching for part-time or full-time Dentists who bring strong oral surgery experience, including wisdom teeth extractions and dental implant procedures.

We offer flexible scheduling with no evenings or weekends, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance. You'll be supported by a dedicated team, with all supplies, labs, and equipment provided, so you can concentrate on what you do best: practicing dentistry.

Qualifications:

DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program.
Current and unrestricted VA license in good standing.
Proven experience in oral surgery, including wisdom teeth extractions and dental implant placement.
Strong chairside manner and excellent communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with the dental clinic team.
Availability to work a minimum of 1-4 weekdays per week.
Positive personality and commitment to patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

As a Dentist in our practice, you will perform comprehensive general dentistry services, with a significant focus on:

Oral surgery procedures, including complex extractions and wisdom teeth removal.
Dental implant placement and restoration.
Examinations, treatment planning, and X-rays.
Restorative procedures, endodontics.
Fabrication and repair of dentures and partials.
Maintaining accurate EMR documentation of treatments.
Supervision of attending dental hygienists and dental assistants.

You will have the support of an assistant to handle daily administrative responsibilities, allowing you to maximize your clinical time.
