We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental clinic. Responsibilities

Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and record management to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, fiscal management, and revenue cycle processes to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality and security of all medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks.
Coordinate with clinical staff to support medical office management tasks such as medical terminology accuracy, medical administrative support, and compliance with JCAHO standards.
Implement clinic policies related to managed care, utilization management, and insurance processing to streamline patient billing and reimbursement procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare management practices including acute care protocols, hospital experience insights, and dental clinic best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical office management or dental office experience with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
Demonstrated supervising experience in a clinical or healthcare setting with excellent leadership skills.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with medical records management is essential.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and medical administrative support processes.
Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial management, and revenue cycle optimization.
Background in managing teams within a healthcare environment—preferably with clinic experience or hospital experience—demonstrating effective human resources skills.
