We are a busy, upscale practice seeking an experienced front office professional to join our exceptional four‑member administrative team. Our office has a long‑standing patient base and continues to grow thanks to the outstanding care provided by our doctors and staff.

If you excel in communication, organization, and teamwork—and you’re looking for a long‑term role with room to grow—we’d love to hear from you. Experience with Dentrix and Weave is a plus. Responsibilities include scheduling and treatment coordination, with additional opportunities to assist with patient scheduling and insurance.

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling
Stocking supplies
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors
Building and growing long-term relationships with our patients
