Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and collaborative, with a strong desire to contribute to both patient outcomes and practice growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of net production
- Earning potential of over $300,000 in the first year

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including new patient, periodic, and problem-focused exams
- Diagnose oral health conditions and present clear, patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care
- Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term dental health
- Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
- Contribute positively to a supportive “work family” culture
- Uphold and model the practice’s mission, values, and standards of care
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Dental License (required)
- DEA Registration (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in routine and surgical extractions
- Experience with implant restorations and replacements (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
