Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and teamwork. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions)
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in dentistry
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA License in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care
Preferred qualifications
- New graduates welcome; experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification
- Nitrous Oxide Certification
