Work alongside 1 experienced doctor 6 operatories Strong clinical support: 3 assistants, 2 hygienists, 1 front office staff Patient mix: ~90% adult population 30–40 new patients per month Ample opportunity to develop and expand clinical skills or specialize W2 position In-network with Delta Dental and Medicaid Compensation & Benefits
Base guarantee with 35%–37% of collections Monthly production bonuses Potential to earn $300K+ annually working 4 days/week (8am–5pm) $800/day guarantee for first 3 months $20,000 sign-on bonus 36% production structure (alternative comp model depending on arrangement) Malpractice coverage Medical insurance 401(k) CE time and stipend/coverage AFLAC available No evenings or weekends 4-day work week Additional Opportunity We also have an opening in Bennington, VT, offering a similar structure and earning potential.
