What You’ll Do

Provide thorough, high-quality hygiene care
Educate patients on maintaining healthy, confident smiles
Create a calm and comfortable experience for every patient
Support overall treatment goals in a general dentistry setting

Your warm personality and strong clinical skills will help patients feel heard, cared for, and excited about their oral health journey.

What We’re Looking For

Active Washington State RDH license in good standing
Reliable and punctual
Friendly, positive attitude
Excellent communication and chairside skills
Passion for patient education and quality care
Dentrix experience is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and clinical procedures
Medical coding knowledge is a bonus, not required
