Job description:
We are a small, friendly, family owned dental lab that has been operating in North County San Diego for over 15 years. This is an opportunity to join a growing dental lab business and gain valuable skills and technical experience.
We value attitude and capability over experience and will train the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail oriented, handy, and a fast learner to become an important team member in our business.
We’re looking for a dental technician: part-time starting at 20 hours per week OR a full-time position for an experienced technician.

- Some dental lab experience and knowledge of dental lab equipment
- BONUS: you have dental lab experience in wax-up, crown, or denture
What do the daily responsibilities look like?
- Pouring, trimming, and mounting dental models (made of plaster)
- Wax-up (molding wax) on dental models and impressions
- Checking the bite and making adjustments to dental appliances
- Night guard process: invest & finish, trimming and polishing mouth guards, acrylic work
You will work directly with the owner of the dental lab, who has over 15 years of experience as a dental technician. You will receive training and improve your technical skills as a dental technician.

- Starting pay during training is $18/hr. Room to grow based on experience. Previous employees who've been with us grew their compensation to $25+/hr
