An established, doctor-led oral surgery practice in Russellville, Arkansas is seeking a skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join the team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to couple days at an additional nearby location if desired.

Practice Details – Russellville Location
This well-established oral surgery office offers a full scope of general oral surgery procedures, including extractions, implants, bone grafting, pathology, and sedation services. The office is fully equipped and designed for efficient surgical workflow.
Schedule: 8–10 days per month in Russellville
Additional Option:
Can couple with Fort Smith location
1 Saturday every other month or approximately 6 additional days per year
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible depending on provider preference)
Patient Mix: FFS, PPO/Insurance, and Medicaid
PMS: Denticon
Daily Volume: 20–25 patients per day on average
Operatories: 3–4 surgical operatories
Equipment: Fully equipped surgical suites including anesthesia machine
Support Team:
Russellville has a consistent, onsite surgical support team
Fort Smith operates with a traveling surgical team
All affiliated locations within the group average $1–2 million in annual collections, reflecting strong patient demand and established referral relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
Providers are compensated on a percentage of collections model, with a guaranteed daily rate during the initial ramp-up period.
Daily Guarantee (Ramp-Up Period)
Oral Surgeon: $2,000 – $3,000 per workday
Guarantee term: Typically 3–6 months for dental specialists
During the guarantee period, providers receive the greater of their guarantee or their percentage of collections
