Job Overview
As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You’ll manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, phone calls, and other front office tasks that help ensure our clinic runs smoothly. You’ll also assist in administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of our practice.
